Emmett was involved in the early stages of this apartment building at Mawson Lakes, a residential development to the north of Adelaide that is now home to more than 11,000 people.

By engaging with the client early, Emmett was able to contribute design changes that added value to the development overall, and ensure that options were available at the best possible prices. Emmett also went on to work with the client on materials selection.
